Refund Policy
Because Alina Wedding Planner sells digital products that are instantly accessible after purchase, all sales are generally final.
Once a purchase has been completed or a file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund.
However, we do understand that honest mistakes and technical issues can occur.
Refunds may be granted at our discretion in specific situations, only limited to:
- Accidental duplicate orders.
- Incorrect product delivery due to system error.
We review every request carefully and handle each case fairly.
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund or you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@alinaweddingplanner.com within 4 days of your order.
Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
Our goal is to ensure you’re happy with your experience— if we can help to fix a problem, we’ll always do our best to assist.
Please note:
- Refunds will not be issued simply due to change of mind, misunderstanding of product functionality, or incompatibility with unsupported software.
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed to your original payment method.
